Behind the Name “Charlie Mike”

From the phonetic alphabet used by the United States military, 'Charlie' represents the letter 'C,' while 'Mike' symbolizes the letter 'M.' This unique expression, born on the battlefield, evolved into a powerful and widely used shorthand for 'Continue Mission.' This phrase emphasizes the importance of staying focused, resilient, and committed to the mission's successful completion, regardless of the challenges encountered along the way.

The motto 'Charlie Mike' was something I embraced during my service in the military while deployed overseas. It served as a constant reminder that, regardless of the obstacles faced or the outcomes achieved, I must always persevere and 'Continue Mission' until the job is complete. This principle has stayed with me long after leaving the military and applies here at Charlie Mike Consulting.
